3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. THURL reserves the right to refuse or limit orders where permitted by law.
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.
4. Shipping and Delivery
THURL offers worldwide shipping. Order processing generally takes 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after shipment, where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes unless otherwise required by law.
5. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags attached. Sale items are also eligible for returns under these conditions.
THURL does not offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email photos and your order information to thurlartstudios@gmail.com.

All THURL branding, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to THURL. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
